Tutte le ricette ( t.i.p.)

Spring 2020
Tutte le ricette investigates the relationship between a community and its favorite dish through the creation of a multimedia performance involving choreographic action, musical composition and video installation. The artists intend to highlight the different aspects that intertwine the kitchen, the culinary tradition and the meal as a social moment in an open dialogue with the community, creating an immersive space within which the gestures and his of the kitchen are transfigured into dance, song and music. All the recipes are the result of work done in contact with the community of Verbania, from a series of interviews with citizens. They are invited to talk about their favorite dish (or typical of the place) describing its preparation in detail, but also to evoke their relationship with the kitchen in a more general sense. The audio, video and poetic material is then re-elaborated by the artists: the recipe most frequently mentioned in the interviews is chosen as the basis for the performance, from it spring the choreography and the musical composition.
