A residency taking place as part of the 10th edition of NID Platform – Nuova piattaforma della danza Italiana, in the Open Studio section – from 1 to 4 September 2026 in Turin, Collegno, Moncalieri and Venaria Reale.
NID Platform is a project by ADEP, under the auspices of FEDERVIVO-AGIS, in collaboration with and supported by the Ministry of Culture – Directorate-General for Performing Arts and the Piedmont Region, and coordinated by Piemonte dal Vivo.
The first open sharing of the residency will be hosted by Mosaico Danza at Living Lab (Turin) on 30 June 2026.
Sognare - Fase RAM (Dreaming - RAM Phase) is a choreographic exploration that draws on the imagery of the Surrealist avant-garde to investigate sleep’s ability to process and store the experiences accumulated during the day. It aims to immerse the viewer in a dreamlike world sketched in felt-tip pen, in which two characters – the sleeper and the echo of their sleep – meet and begin to play with movement. The creative exploration draws inspiration from Max Ernst’s Surrealist vision, based on the dreamlike generation of images. What happens when the processing of experiences meets the imagination?
