UMMN_Mitridatizzazione is the third phase of the projectUna Maestosa Macchina Narrativa, where media, artists, and musicians come together to explore the potential of constructing visual imaginaries as a tool for knowledge. Through the interplay of painting, sound, image, and performance, the research examines storytelling as a practice capable of fostering shared experiences and awareness.
The project is structured as a research dispositive and in 2026 the journey begins with Nuovo Muralismo, a collective workshop on mural painting and engagement with public space, carried out with high school students from Cobianchi, Cavalieri, and Ferrini-Franzosini as part of “CROSS Action!”.
This is followed by a residency phase combining studio work and natural settings in the VCO region, culminating in a presentation in the form of a performative, sound, and visual installation at the Atelier di Casa Ceretti. The new iteration of the project is a multi-channel video work created with the support of The Solo House and director Marco Proserpio, featuring live sound by 2501 and Nunzio Cicero.
