Creative Writing Workshops by Martino Ferro

Cross Project in collaborazione con Allegro con Brio
A first step towards the discovery of one’s own “inner narrative voice”, through exercises, readings, analysis of one’s own writings, narrative games and sharing of stories. A path of discovery and study for those who have already written short stories or poems and want to investigate their “narrative voice” to make it more authentic, versatile and effective. But it will also be useful for those who have never written, always held back by the obstacle of the “blank page”.

Martino Ferro – (Florence, 1974), writer and screenwriter, lives and works in Milan. He has published “Il primo che sorride” (2006, winner of the Calvino Prize) and “La ventunesima donna” (2011) for Einaudi; “Il lago dei quattro vulcani” (2012) and “Il cuore di pietra” (2013) for Giunti. He has worked as a screenwriter and director for cinema (“La Solita Commedia”, prod. Wildside; “I Soliti Idioti”, prod. Tao Due) and television (various programmes for Mtv and Rai Due). He has also been a radio and theatre author. For more than ten years he has led creative writing workshops in Florence, Milan and Rome.
