The performance with dinner is exceptionally hosted by Ristorante MonteOro. Their ingredients are local and their culinary offer is up to satisfy every kind of request.

Food and the table have always been a part of our lives, an indicator of our wellbeing and our social relationships, they tell us about our desires and our fears. Saga Salsa is a family memoir, a way of entering into the everyday life of people and reading it through the cult of food. Around a table, between one course and another, three women, three different generations, a grandmother, a mother and a daughter, talk about their lives. Three women who bring the past and the present to the table in a dinner to taste, but also to see and listen to, a dinner in which all the senses are called upon to participate and where the meal to be eaten is not only made up of food but also of emotions, flavours and stories.

Qui e Ora is a production company made up of artists from different backgrounds who share the same poetic vision. Qui e Ora works on autographed dramaturgy and loves to confront and collaborate with other artists to give life to their works, in a cross-fertilisation of languages and visions. Born in 2007 in the province of Bergamo with the project Être – Esperienze Teatrali di Residenza, it operates nationally and internationally with the production of shows, organization of festivals, curatorship of workshops. Since 2012, in the province of Bergamo, Qui e Ora realizes an artistic and cultural project that brings the territory and the citizens at the centre of artistic experimentation and creation of cultural products. In 2015, it inaugurated Il Granaio, a project of hospitality in residence of artists in a renovated former granary. In 2018 Qui e Ora is recognised by the MIBAC as an “innovation theatre production company”.
