SAGA SALSA Qui e Ora Residenza Teatrale Anteprima CROSS Festival Il cibo e la tavola accompagnano le nostre vite da sempre, sono indice del nostro benessere e delle nostre relazioni sociali, raccontano i nostri desideri e le nostre paure. Saga salsa è memoria di famiglia, è calarsi nel quotidiano delle vite per leggerle attraverso il culto del cibo. Nell'affascinante e suggestiva cornice di Villa Olimpia, a Verbania, attorno a un tavolo, fra una portata e l’altra, tre donne, tre generazioni diverse, una nonna, una mamma e una figlia, a parlare delle loro vite. Tre donne che mettono in tavola il passato e il presente in una cena da gustare, ma anche da vedere e ascoltare, una cena in cui tutti i sensi sono chiamati a partecipare e dove il pasto da consumarsi non è fatto solo di cibo ma anche di emozioni, sapori e storie, di divertimento e allegria. È costituita da artisti provenienti da esperienze diverse ma accomunati da una stessa visione poetica. Qui e Ora opera in ambito nazionale e internazionale con produzione di spettacoli, organizzazione di rassegne, curatela di laboratori e inchieste teatrali. È una compagnia di produzione, lavora su drammaturgia autografa e ama confrontarsi e collaborare con altri artisti per dare vita alle proprie opere: artisti visivi, scrittori, danzatori, teatranti, in un meticciamento di linguaggi e visioni.

Saga Salsa is a family memory, it is immersed in the daily lives of the lives to read them through the cult of food. In the charming and evocative setting of Villa Olimpia, in Verbania, around a table, between one course and another, three women, three different generations, a grandmother, a mother and a daughter, talking about their lives. Three women who put on the table the past and the present in a dinner to taste, but also to see and hear, a dinner in which all the senses are called to participate and where the meal to be consumed is not just about food, but also about emotions, tastes and stories, of fun and joy. It consists of artists coming from different experiences but sharing a same poetic vision. Qui e Ora (“Here and Now”) operates nationally and internationally with production of shows, organization of exhibitions, curating of workshops and theatrical inquiries. It is a production company, works on autographed dramaturgy and loves to compare and collaborate with other artists to give life to their own works: visual artists, writers, dancers, actors, in a mix of languages and visions.
