“Riflessi e Riflessioni - libro di poesia, musica e libertà” (Reflections & Refractions — a book of poetry, music and freedom) is Alessandra Scarci's debut work, a hybrid project that intertwines psychological sciences and her career as a film actress. Poetry, painting, short films and music come together in a multisensory experience on contemporary femininity. The work involves musicians and performers from the national and international scene; actress and director Valentina Lattuada will also be present at the event.
The evening also introduces the following day's workshop, inspired by the tools of BTE (Biotransenergetics) — breath, voice, grounding and presence — to explore the link between creativity and personal transformation.
Alessandra Scarci is a psychologist, holds a PhD in psychological sciences and techniques, and is an artist, performer and spiritual seeke. By integrating the academic dimension with the symbolic and the embodied, she creates experiences that bring together mind, body, voice, and presence. In her work, she guides professionals, artists, and women toward a new energetic posture: freer, more authentic, more grounded in the body, and less centered on intellectual performance.
Valentina Lattuada is an actress, director, theatre producer, writer, and CEO of the Integral Transpersonal Institute (ITI), the only institute in Italy providing advanced training in transpersonal psychotherapy recognized by the MIUR. A researcher on consciousness as an integral part of the person, she founded Integral Transpersonal Acting/Theatre, a method in which the stage becomes a place of revelation and where body and voice embody the invisible dimensions of the human being, transforming them into gesture, presence, and truth. She bases her work on Biotransenergetics (BTE), integrating body, energy, emotion, consciousness, elemental archetypes, and shamanism. Valentina also includes neuroplasticity as a process of embodied transformation and has created Big Dream Surfing®️, a path of self-manifestation through vision and inspired action.
A journey into the aura of key practices and figures of spirituality and performance art between body, gesture and vision.
