HIT OUT is an intense and rhythmic journey, born from the ambitious research project HIT, where the jump rope is transformed into a percussive instrument, giving voice to rhythms, movements and reflections. After a year of athletic training, the company Parini Secondo and the musician-producer Bienoise explore the sound of the athletic gesture, revealing unexpected tonal nuances. HIT OUT elevates daily training into a performative act, transforming the beat of the rope into a powerful echo - a rebellious act against stillness. The all-round performance the jumpers will weave movement and sound into a score combining athletic precision and musical experimentation. Single-unders, side-swings, and double-unders are more than just technical figures. They become vibrations fused with voices and synthesisers, creating a rhythmic symphony, a true "hit" that resonates in the ears of the audience.
Parini Secondo was born in 2017 from Sissj Bassani and Martina Piazzi with Camilla Neri and Francesca Pizzagalli. They bring into question the relationship between art and originality, the group works on choreography to sublimate pop trends by being inspired by online material. They collaborate with musician, producer and teacher Alberto Ricca/bienoise (Verbania, '85), emphasizing the importance of the relationship between music, rhythm and dance. After the iconic SPEEED (2020) and the international production be me (2021), Parini participates in NID Platform 2023 with do-around-the-world. In 2024 they released the new production HIT and HIT OUT, developed in between Italy, France, Norway and Taiwan and premiered in Bolzano Danza and Santarcangelo Festival. In 2024 Parini creates and curates the festival Tra questa gente esiste un sentimento (mong these people there is a feeling) within the program of Teatro Petrella, Longiano (IT), in collaboration with Cronopios and ATER Fondazione.
Alberto Ricca, aka Bienoise, composes computer music with a special interest in non-musical elements (noise, errors and music buried in them) and for the stimulation of conscious listening and contemplation. Intrigued by the technical and speculative limits of artificial intelligence tools, he published for BLACK and NOT The Art of Algorithm: DeathApathetic Algorithms, Artificial Artisans, a philosophical perspective on the boredom caused by algorithmic products. For Raeume Berlin, he wrote A GOLDEN BRIGHT LIGHT, a sound opera based on prayers hallucinated by machine learning. He is the author, with dancer and choreographer Annamaria Ajmone, of the contemporary dance show TO BE BANNED FROM ROME, co-produced by Piemonte dal Vivo and winner of the Hangar Piemonte call, whose main theme was the first release of C2C Festival's curatorial label. He also works with the movement research collective Parini Secondo, with whom he writes i (2018), Romagna Mia (2019), SPEEED (2020) and BE ME, winner of the Kreativcampus.Ruhr 2021 call. His Most Beautiful Design, a mini album of low quality mp3 compositions, was released on floppy disk in 2018 by the revived cult label Mille Plateaux, which also releases his new album, This Meaning Today, in June 2022. In 2014, he was the only Italian invited to Tokyo's Red Bull Music Academy. Since 2019, Radio Raheem Milan has hosted his monthly selection of unintentional compositions in the NON MUSIC program. He is founder, with Davide Merlino, of the Verbania-based radical improvisation label Floating Forest. He is a teacher. He is not a DJ.
